2007-2008 Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees governs the school, legally a 501(c)(3) organization, in accordance with its by-laws, which delineate specific responsibilities and authority. It hires the Head of School, who is responsible for the daily operation of the school. Cliff Valley’s Board of Trustees is a working board, rather than one that exists for legal or ceremonial purposes only.
